Can I collect my purchase in person?

No. All purchases must be shipped to the customer. 

Where do you deliver to?

We can ship products to addresses with a UK postcode. We also post to Australia, Europe, USA & Canada  Note: we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or BFPO addresses.

What payment options do you offer?

Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Delta, Solo, Cash, Cheque & Postal order. Please note we only take cards via Paypal.

What happens once I have won an item?

Within 24 hours of the auction finishing we will email you confirmation of your winning bid and provide the link to a secure web page where you can complete the transaction. Once we have processed this information and successfully taken payment you will receive a payment confirmation email. The product you have won will then be shipped to your delivery address.

How soon will my purchase be delivered?

Following receipt of your payment we will deliver within five working days.

Note: If paying by cheque please allow 5 working days for clearance

What is the warranty on products?

Please see the warranty details on the auction you are interested in – it will be clearly indicated

How much is the delivery charge on auction items?

Please see individual auction for full details.

If I win more than one item, can I combine them in a single shipment?

Yes. At the point you pay for your winning auction you will be given the option to combine other auction wins. In this way your delivery costs will be reduced. Once you have cleared checkout, but forgotten to pay for all auctions successfully won with us, we will not be able to combine your payments.

Do you accept PayPal payments?

Yes. Paypal is our preferred method of payment.

Will you leave me feedback?

Yes. Once cleared payment is received, feedback will be left.

Miscellaneous 

I am exporting the item out of the EU, can I claim the VAT back?

We are not in a position to offer VAT advice. We provide a full VAT invoice upon request, any claims you then wish to make are entirely your own responsibility.

I live locally, can I come and collect?

The simple answer to this question is “No”. We are a mail order only company and do not have the facilities for customer collections.

How much is this item in the shops?

Again, this is something we are not able to advise you on, but what we do give to you is a Retail Price Guide, the figure we believe you would pay on the High Street.

I have received my item and I don’t like it! What next?

We are unable to refund unwanted items – all sales are final, so please be sure the item you are purchasing is really the one you want.

My eBay account/PC has been hacked, I didn’t place the bid! What next?

The security of your eBay account is your own responsibility, and any bids placed from your account will be considered as a genuine bid with the same obligations as if you had placed the bid yourself. Issues of this nature you need to take up with eBay themselves.

Is the item UK Spec and if so, will it work abroad?

All items are of UK Spec unless indicated otherwise.

The auction is “No Reserve”, can I just buy it now?

Unfortunately not. All auctions of this nature must run their natural course and close at the time stated within the auction.

I keep getting outbid as soon as I’ve placed my bid, why?

This is what’s known as “Proxy Bidding”. For a full explanation, please refer to the help section within eBay itself.

Are my statutory rights affected by any of your Terms & Conditions?

No!

I got to my PC too late to bid, what can I do?

Keep a close eye on our current auctions and future ones, most items we sell will be available again either presently or in the future.

I was high bidder on your item, but the reserve wasn’t met, what next?

If it’s still available, we’ll relist it. We are not able to supply you below the reserve price.

I have bought an item from you, and now it’s back on eBay, why?

Don’t worry! We often stock quantity of the same item, if you’ve won an item, it is reserved for you and hasn’t been relisted.
